DANCER REGISTRATIONS

 

Please contact the clubs executive members if you are interested in registering for dance classes with Troyanda.

 

Monthly dance fees are due at time of registration. Fees can be paid in full up front, or by monthly payments through cheuqes. All payable to "Troyanda Ukrainian Dance Club".

$25 (up to a maximum of $75) non-refundable costume maintenance deposit - due on day of registration (cheques dated for the date of registration)

$50 refundable fundraising deposit - dated for January 31, 2024. Refunded if fundraising requirements for Malanka are met.

$100 refundable volunteer hours deposit - dated May 31, 2024. Refunded if annual volunteer requirements are met.

 

Costume deposits vary depending on the value of the costume, and are due upon costume distribution.

Costume distribution will take place prior to the first performance which is not usually until January.

Deposits are to be dated for May 31, 2024.

Refund upon satisfactory return of all costume pieces.

Note: Age groups are approximate. Dancer placement is based on age, maturity, and ability. Final placement decision is made by the instructor(s). Dancers may be asked to attend more than one class in the first two weeks as a trial.

All classes are held on Wednesday evenings from September until the start of May.
